Basic services include: General - cleaning of bare floors, vacuuming carpets, dust removal from furniture and decorations (except glass), clean/sanitize heavily touched objects such as light switches and door handles, removal of trash to be deposited in trash receptacle located onsite such as a dumpster or rolling trash can (or left on side of building). Kitchen - clean/sanitize exterior of kitchen cabinets, countertops, backsplash, appliances. Bathrooms - clean/sanitize bathtubs and/or shower stalls, toilets, sinks, countertops, mirrors, baseboards. Additional home and personal services can be purchased or added on with consultation. Contracts for services are valid for one year from date of purchase of first service. Spaces are billed in total built general square footage and in a time frame of 4 hours. Additional time will be billed as $75 per hour or left to be completed until next scheduled service. Removal of clutter is not included and a fee of $25 per room per occurrence. Windows are not included and can be purchased as a separate inside or outside monthly or seasonal service. Client relinquishes the right to terminate contract without paying for the balance of the remainder of yearly contract and additional fees incurred. No show, cancellation and rescheduling fees of $60 are incurred due to circumstances unforeseen, cancellation and/or rescheduling without sufficient notice of 36 hours and payable before next scheduled service and will be added to contract balance per contracted occurrence missed. Insufficient funds or unpayment of services will result in $75 late/insufficient funds fee payable before next scheduled cleaning and no-show fees will be also incur to contract balance per missed occurrence if not paid. In the occurrence of client’s dissatisfaction with work on ABA Services LLC’s and affiliates behalf, client must provide pictures or videos of why dissatisfied and provide opportunity make amends by work redone or credit/voucher. ABA Services, LLC reserves the right to terminate or amend services, terms and prices without notice.
